Both the Office and Multifamily buildings at Peabody Union have earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and a Fitwel 1-Star Rating under the Fitwel Multi-Tenant Base Building v2.1 certification program, reinforcing the 91²Ö¿â, Hensler and PGIM commitment to creating healthy, high-performing environments that prioritize occupant well-being.

Located along the Cumberland River in Nashville’s vibrant South Bank district, Peabody Union was developed by partners Hensler Development Group and 91²Ö¿â in 2025. These are the first Fitwel-certified properties in the 91²Ö¿â portfolio.
